Posts: 4280 11/06/09 07:18:13	Tags : None TGIF all!! Made it through another work week....well, almost. Yesterday, I got some sweeping done outside....my back deck was full of leaves. I got the Halloween display put away and all the decorations down. Then I went out and saw mom's cats. Today is double work and an easy dinner. What's up with you today? Deb, how did it go last night at the planning meeting with Justin? Chaffy Wife to Steve since 1984 Mom to Kristi {22} Michael {19} and Anthony {15} I have been smoke free for one year & months! But...he is beginning to see the consequences of actions taken so that is all a good thing imo. I have to get a mental health assessment. lol Tomorrow is Keira's birthday. I am looking for a hedgehog for her. Jared's is next weekend: he wants a snake. Imagine that. So...I am searching today. I am at work. Have a few things I must do today, but after that, it's all about the kiddos. I think I'm going to try and do a surprise thing for Keira. I know she feels left out alot and I've purposely ignored hints regarding this birthday... So....I'm off to surprise Keira. Maybe Jared at the same time. Posts: 2135 11/06/09 13:55:58	Deb, they are making YOU get an assessment? What about Justin? Just curious. Today I ran 3,ooo,ooo errands already. I've driven around 300 miles, too. I feel so great to have caught up so much in just a couple days. Everything is paid, scheduled, paperworked, filed, accounted for - DONE. It hasn't been that perfect in months. Awesome. I still have some continuing education tests to get done by Monday, but that's nothing, and the very last of it. I also want to schedule a spetic tank inspection on Monday but I can't even do those things or send them til Monday so... I still say I'm done. Kiddo had therapy at 7:00 am only 2 hours away from us - so we've been up since 4ish. I just bought him 3 prs. pants and some more Bakugan. He can't get enough of those thingies. I got thank you cards and took some pics of him today to send out thanking for the Halloween gifts. Woohooo! I think I deserve a glass of wine, a great big fire and a book tonight! Maybe, it's my flu shot, I'm sore and cranky still, haha, but it lightens my mood every time I think about it... being made to get a hedgehog. sigh My kid is still on motrin 2 days into this shot, unreal. I'm gonna call his ped if this doesn't stop by tomorrow. I had to do this, I just couldn't risk those nasty febrile seizures again. Last year was so scary when he was in the hospital for those. Plus the people who die seem to die of lung clots/complications and his lungs are bad. :-( My kiddo isn't even fully vaccinated for almost everything, MMR, hep, etc. Cause of his reactions. This was such a scary hard choice and I was scared to do it for me with my immunity issues, but I think it was the right choice this time. I just couldn't believe that they wanted me to get one. Anyways.... Tonight went great. Yes, Chaffy they sell them as pets. You have to have an exotic pets license to sell them so not all pet stores too. I was looking for one when my friend saw my status on facebook and her daughter is away at college and had one very inexpensive. I was psyched! Then I found jared's snake... and jim got the cakes and balloons....it was awesome! They were So surprised!
