Poor Taco didn't wanna go out but did anyway and quickly barked to come back as soon as he did what he had to do. LOL Right now he's curled up with me in the recliner on a blanket. Today should be an easy day. Working PH & straightening up around here. Later I need to go to the bank and then out to Mom's to feed the cats. Most of my family is working late tonight so it will just be Anthony and I for dinner. Something fast and easy. What's up with you guys today? Chaffy Wife to Steve since 1984 Mom to Kristi {22} Michael {19} and Anthony {15} I have been smoke free for one year & months!

Posts: 1271 11/03/09 10:33:13	Good Morning! The weather is still beautiful here. I am certainly not complaining. Children are sick today. Keira came home early from school yesterday. Their symptoms are: Joshua: vomiting, general not feeling well, no fever. Brittany: vomiting, "feeling like a truck ran over" her, fever. Keira: vomiting, general not feeling well, slight fever Jared: extremely tired (slept tons yesterday afternoon), slight fever. Trooper: seems well this morning. Yesterday said he had diarrhea but when we told him he couldn't go to school today he said, "I'm better then." so...idk?? LOL.. I am at work. Thankful I have a job but wish I could work from home. What about y'all? Deborah, 38 Wife to: Jim, 43 Mom to: Joshua, 17; Justin, 16; Brittany, 14; Keira, 11; Jared, 7; Trooper, 4 God continues to bless each and every day! Psalm 118:24 This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it.

Posts: 4280 11/03/09 10:41:39	Aww Deb, I'm sorry they are all sick. That sucks! Sounds like maybe a stomach bug with just about all of them vomiting. Ginger Ale and vomit buckets for everyone! I hope they all get better soon. They sure can't afford to miss more school. Posts: 53 11/03/09 11:26:53	YUCK, Deb. So sorry to hear that most everyone feels so bad. Glad they're all home with you to recouperate though. My kids are home today. It's not due to illnesses. It's election day and they use our schools as voting polls. It's deemed unsafe to have so many strangers in and out of the schools while kids are there, so voting days are waiver days. We're catching up on homework....playing games....straightening rooms...whatever. It's fun to have a break from the school grind sometimes...even for Mom. :-)

It's amazing how much of a difference that makes. lol I'm glad that the school recognizes that children are at risk with so many people there. What are your elections about this year? I'm not aware of our local elections. Hmmm....that does not make me a good citizen. I will blame it on everything that has been going on in my life. Chaffy, where is your mom? Posts: 2135 11/03/09 15:02:46	Deb, I hope all the kids get better soon, poor kiddos! I'm having a day a lot like Chaffy and Busymommy. I have some laundry in right now, gonna get kiddo soon, it's warming up a little bit outside. I'm feeling fat, though, from all this food. So not healthy! I vow to eat 6 small meals a day from here on out for a least a while! Instead of leftovers and 3 meals, ugggh. Makes me sick with hypoglycemia, LOL. I need to get back on the ball with the scheduled stuff this week. The weather last week TOTALLY screwed me up. So this afternoon I have some errands to catch up on, etc. I also need to figure out when our H1N1 vax clinic is... I think it could be Thursday. "If you need rules to be kind and just, if you act virtuous, this is a sure sign that virtue is absent. Thus we see the great hypocrisy.."
