That sounds so great! Kinda reminds me of some of my leftovers. I made stuffin muffins following the Stove Top directions, then adding 1 lb. ground beef with
onion powder (enough to taste), and mixing that together. When it was cool enough, I added two large eggs, mixed it on up again and scooped into greased muffin
tins. (Large muffins.) 10 minutes at 425 and they were yum. It's kinda almost like a mini-meat loaf, but it's a spin-off on my man-stuffing, haha,
which everyone loves. :-)
