The flavor of this one is determined by the sauce - so be sure to use a sauce you love! Ragu Old World Style (original) is pretty yummy, and home made (what I used) is even better.

Baked Mostaccioli

1 lb. package mostaccioli (or ziti), prepare as package directs
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
2 (26 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
4 C shredded mozzarella cheese
chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine cooked mostaccioli, cooked meat, spaghetti sauce and 2 of the cups of cheese. Mix well. Turn onto greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish and cover. Bake 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Uncover and top with remaining two cups of cheese plus parsley. Bake 10 more minutes. Serve.
