Kids love making their own kabobs! Use pretzel sticks instead of toothpicks to avoid finger pricks and choking hazards, and provide colorful options for even more fun.
Makes 2 servings (2 kabobs per serving)
Ingredients
4 cubes extra-lean ham, about 1 to 1 1/2 ounces total
4 cubes Colby and Monterey Jack cheese
8 grapes, red or green
4 chunks honeydew melon
4 thin pretzel sticks
Directions
1. Thread each pretzel "toothpick" with 1 ham cube, 1 cheese cube, 2 grapes and 1 melon cube.
2. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
