Hi, My name is Melissa and I am 8 weeks pregnant (due March 7th). We found out 2 weeks ago and had our sonogram last week so we are sure we are pregnant and sure there is only one! My husband and I are so excited we are still walking around in theis funny fog and giggling everytime we talk about the baby. I am an older mom and this would be our "Surprise". I had a daughter almost 11 years ago and then adopted another daughter 4 years ago, because I've been infertily my whole life up to about two months ago Actually with my first it was 18 months of major meds and artificial insemination and then before we adopted it was another three years of even biggger meds and almost ever med procedure you could think of. So imagine our surprise when I couldn't seem to get over this stomach bug and then the line on the home test turned postive. CRAZY day at my house! A lot of thinking seems to have changed in the last 11 years and I have forgotten how fun? this is! So far I've had tiredness, LOTS of side pains, lightheadedness, and nausea (especially the last 3 days). I'm glad I found a forum with moms due about the same time. This will be fun.
