I made this one up myself having needed something on short notice that was kid friendly. I had no idea adults were gonna fight over 'em, mahaha.

Grill (Hebrew National Beef) hot dogs. Slightly fry corn tortillas in olive oil, just so they can bend... and are not too saturated in oil. If they are too crisp they will not bend. (Olive oil spray is the best way to go here if you have it.) Roll the dogs in the corn tortillas and bind with a cute toothpick. (On 4th of July you can get flag toothpicks, really cute.) Serve immediately while warm.

Serve with a bar of shredded cheese, ketchup, salsa, sour cream, guacamole... and mayo mixed with Franks Red Hot at a 2:1 ratio.

***When you fry a corn tortilla in olive oil instead of other oils, it becomes pliable but not crunchy, for the most part. It has a crispiness to it, rather than a crunchiness.
