Sourdough Bread:
Tear up large dippy chunks of a sourdough loaf and saute over medium with butter (or evoo) and garlic powder.
Set aside to cool/stale. (That's 2 tbsp butter and 1/4 tsp garlic powder.)
San Fran Chili:
This is crock pot stuff, so easy.
2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
3 15-1/2 oz. cans chili no beans
2 cups shredded or cubed cheddar
Toss in the crock pot and ready on low after 1 hour or on warm after 3 hours. Just stir it up before you
serve.
Set chili with bread to dip. Perfectly yum.
