Update!
We went to the solicitor today and she says that the "I don't object to supervised access in principal" line gives us some wiggle room, along with the fact that CAFCASS didn't get all of my OHs statement. She MIGHT be able to get CAFCASS to recommend supervised access while the S7 is being done which would be a HUGE break-through.
