Broccoli Sunshine Salad

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3 cups chopped broccoli heads/flowerets
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled or 2 tablespoons of pre-cooked and crumbled real bacon pieces
2 tablespoon chopped red onion

Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in a large salad bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate, letting the flavors marry for at least 2 hours before you serve.
