3 cups of cooked rice
1 lb of ground beef, browned and drained
1 can of green beans (or any veggie you like), drained
28 oz can of tomato sauce
Salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder to taste
Make rice as usual.
In a separate pan, mix browned ground beef, green beans, tomato sauce and spices.
Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Serve over rice.
I love this because it's fast, delicious and only uses two pots. LOL
