It's been a long week, it seems. I'm so happy to say that I am pain free this morning. My tooth didn't even wake me in the middle of the night like it usually does so I actually haven't had any pain stuff since 11ish last night. I'm gonna bring it with me to work just in case it flairs up again, but I'm hoping that this episode is over and I can get this taken care of before the next one would start. Wish me luck!

Well it's official, I've got the kids' gifts home. I went and picked them up and now I'm done for them! Yay!!

Today I'll be straightening up around here. The place is a wreck all of a sudden. We might try to go borrow mom's ladder today to get the Christmas lights up, but I think it's supposed to rain this afternoon so it might not happen again. Luckily there's still lots of time.

It's POURING here. We are getting the remnants of Hurricane Ida and it's windy and gloomy and rainy! At about 4 this morning I heard a big crash. I came up to investigate and saw that my large umbrella and bistro table had blown over on the deck. WOOOSH!! I'm glad I don't have to go anywhere today.
